As mentioned last week, January does tend to create a bubble market for the beginning of the season, and it appears this year is no exception. For the last couple of years, this blip has lasted to the Spring, but usually, this trend tends to fizzle out at by mid February. Speaking of, can you believe January is already in the books? With a mild start to the season, Buyers have found a more comfortable environment to conduct showings in. Believe it or not, how cold things get here can have a direct impact on listing reception to the market, especially heavy snowfall forecasts. So far though, the weather has been hospitable enough to encourage Buyers to come out and it shows. Listings under agreement had a strong report despite the snowfall this week, and so too did the number of properties that hit the market.
