Not even three consecutive Nor'easters can stop the rocking market in Halifax! Despite the terrible weather that has befallen our fair city in the last couple of weeks, our real estate market appears to be hardly phased by it! Listings might have been a bit cautious with coming to market this week, but Buyer activity is still trucking right along with a solid pending offer count. Not as strong as the last few weeks, but still a bit surprising. A Spring sales to list ration at 50%? that's right! If you thought the sales to list ratio last year at this time was reporting healthier, this year is that much better! Same too can be said about the absorbing rate, which is an astonishing eighteen weeks lower than last year at this time and showing no signs of stopping anytime soon. This market year, and weather, continues to surprise, so stay tuned to
The Weekly Adogtable!
Comfortable with touching all over. Very happy, playful and sweet. Puppy energy so needs an active home. Crate trained. Excitable with dogs but not aggressive. No cats. Pulls on leash. Jumps up but easily distracted with his favorite rope toy. Knows sit, off, down and paw. Hearty eater. Outgoing disposition with all just big loveable guy. Playful in presence of toys. hardly vocal.
