The overall Summer activity continued where the Spring market left off; hot to trot, and leaving a trail of sold signs in its wake. The anticipation is that the Fall market will be just as active and continue the trend into a stronger balanced market foothold, but time will surely tell. Still, certain area's of the HRM are waiting for the activity to catch them, and others are beside themselves with the good fortune of catching the "right time to sell". Still lots of Buyer activity out there, and with lower inventory week over week, the competition to purchase is heating up! Listing's are spending much less time on the market this year compared to last, and overall values are slightly higher as well. Good news all around (except for Buyers in certain areas and price point), but a welcome change for most Sellers. Vaccinated bordetella 15-09 but needs vaccines on us and ntage for flea prevention. He will settle once here. When crated he can be vocal. Gets excited when first approached and eats immediately when given food. Anxious when left alone. Dog SOCIAL. Tested with cats but no prey drive noted. Affectionate with strangers. Energetic, active. This "cuddly companion" is available through Good Bones Dog Rescue, a non profit rescue organization from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
