Make that four Nor'easters! Still, activity overall isn't really impacted too much. Despite the unpredictable weather, listings are continuing their march to the market right on time. March generally sees the start of the Spring listing surge, peaking around June/July annually, and this year is no different. This week was an average performer, with only slight variations in statistic reporting. Some highlights of the week include a strong offer push with 142 listings that are now pending, a jump in listing price reductions, increased values across the board, and single family homes saw a decent drop in how long they are spending on market. The Weekly Adogtable!
Found abandoned. 1 to 1.5 years old. Male but we need to neuter and microchip. Ok being touched all over. Low energy level. Calm demeanor. No prey drive, No resource guarding. Unknown w/ kids. Ignores cats. Curious w/ dogs, a bit independent. Outgoing disposition. Very sweet and social w/ people. Scared at the shelter but adjusting. Knows basic commands: sit, paw. No interest in toys. Loves to get petted!!! He is very gentle and good with kids and cats!
