So how are we doing so far this Spring? Well, listings have been hesitant to come to market (probably weather and timing related), and the first few weeks has seen an unusual ebb and flow of buyer activity, but all is well!. Don't get me wrong, buyers are still out in full force, but the Spring so far has seen active voids and tired spots for some reason unlike the end of the Winter, which was constantly buzzing right up to the end. In any case, we are still trucking right along! Well priced homes in desirable areas are still seeing multiple offer situations and fast sales, and overall, sellers are still enjoying the new balanced market. Buyers on the other hand are still getting a bit frustrated, but with the peak of inventory about to hit, there has been bit of relief as the stock choices continue to rise.
