It certainly makes the day to day visits pleasant for all parties. Another solid week on the market this week as we usher in the Summer season (with open arms), with stats reporting very similar to this years trend. New listings are down, sales strong, buyer activity high, and values steady. It's no wonder why we are reporting two months less of an absorption rate than last year at this time. No doubt that activity will slow for the weekend as the Country gets set to celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary, which should be a site to see across the nation. Just look at that face!WEEKLY ADOPTABLE Junior is looking to wiggle his way into a new home. A young medium-sized mixed breed, he has a plethora of energy and appears to love everything he meets. He loves chewing on toys, chasing a ball, and would love a playful doggy friend. He only uses his mouth to eat or carry objects, and of course the occasional kiss. While exuberantly friendly and playful, Junior does display resource guarding behaviours around other dogs. A well-tempered lapdog, Junior is searching for a family with the following: A home without other dogs A home with cats and kids is suitable. A house with a property (he is too vocal for apartment/condo living). Obedience training mandatory upon adoption. This "cuddly companion" is available through Homeward Bound City Pound, a non profit rescue organization from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
