Little bit of a mixed bag this week. Maybe the word is getting to sellers about our market improvement, as we witnessed the largest new listing addition of the year this week. Sales reported higher, yet again, from the previous weeks but not enough to be notable. Because of this average sales week, the higher than normal listing addition has reversed the overall inventory direction, closing the gap yet again from the last year. The most encouraging statistic for sellers, however, is that if the accepted offers (listings that went conditional/pending) Once again, we are well over average with buyer activity this week, and this week reported over 50 more accepted offers then last year at this time. Might not seem like a lot, but with an average of weekly sales hovering around the 100 mark it could be a substantial addition to the market in the near future.
