Happy New Year everyone! 2018 is sure to be an exciting and unpredictable year in the Halifax Real Estate Market! Numbers are still a bit skewed this week, but we will press on none the less! New listings are significantly down from this time last year, but sales are also marginally down. It just seems that activity overall is a bit less from the previous year, but again, this is the beginning of the market year so things are certain to change, right? There is a 2017 breakdown ready to be reported, and I hope you tune in to see how we did overall last year. The Weekly Adogtable!
Hope is a 2 year old female, cat and dog friendly when properly introduced to calm dogs, very dog friendly. She is nervous of strangers so we are seeking a home for her kid free so a single person or couple would be ideal. Hope is on Brovecto and vaccinated. She will be spay and microchipped in January. There has been a 6 week wait period for her spay because it was obvious she had given birth when found as a stray and was still lactating.
