WOW! The sales to list ratio is higher than its been all year! As I have mentioned in previous posts, sometimes the most inconvenient time to sell is the best time to sell. With the warm weather holding out this year, buyers and sellers alike are squeezing the last drop out of this years Real Estate market. Inventory has dwindled down as per usual this year however, with the late sold inventory it will be interesting to see how the spring market is changed.
