Looks like the fall market is ramping up early with a small bite out of both the Single Family and Condo inventory. Is it just a coincidence that the warm weather brings higher sales volume? I don't think so. Buyers are more inclined to get out there and take a look at that potential listing thats been on their to do list when the weather is so-operating.
