Inventory is down, listing additions are down, expiries are up, you know, the usual for this time of year. Looks like we had a pretty good sales week last year with the sales to list ratio coming in at 44%, close to the highest report of the year. This week is sitting at 30%, and if you can believe it, it's pretty darn close to the highest report of the year as well. The market is still a buzz with active buyers frequenting open houses, making inquires, and the odd offer. As long as the sunny weather holds out, I have a feeling that we will be milking this cow well into November. Thanks for stopping by and have a Happy Halloween!
