Finally! I dare say, this better be the Summer to end all Summer's after the Spring we just had. Despite the colder than normal temps, the market was anything but frigid in the early part of the year, seeing soaring sales and declining inventory. Spring was certainly an exciting market season, so it will be with great anticipation that we welcome the Summer months. Not only for the hopefully warmer weather, but for the continuation of the healthy real estate market that we have enjoyed so far this year. Activity took a slight hit this week, showing signs of slower buyer activity and less new listings, but hopefully that is just an "off week". Overall though, there was marginal gains in the overall inventory numbers and the absorption rate remained steady, so it's likely a bump on the market road. She is spayed, microchipped , vaccinated and on parasite prevention. Loving temperament and thinks she is a lap dog. Pet free clicker and positive reinforcement trained. No pets or kids for Loly as she is anxious. Can be head strong but we figured out she will work for her food. Kids yes but school aged ideal because she is used to that age and may forget not to jump up . Loving temperament ,Thinks she is a lap dog. no cats and no dogs becomes too excited Pulls on leash if she sees a bird ect due to a prey drive but, on her gentle leader things are better. knows basic commands, sit, down, refocuses on handler when unsure Is crate trained but totally trustworthy uncrated. This "cuddly companion" is available through Good Bones Dog Rescue, a non profit rescue organization from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
