Well...maybe? Marginal gains in inventory this week, with single family homes seeing the most additions, but overall things are still lagging in this department. The biggest stat overall this week, like last week, is the listings that found them selves under agreement. Buyer activity is definitely way up over this time last year, and it seems to be holding. The absorption rate stat makes its return this week with a seasonal bloat of 3 extra weeks from the December 19th report, which is actually a small gain given the usually low market activity around this time of year. I guess this year has no intention of putting on the brakes anytime soon, cause despite the freezing temps and weekly storms, the market is still red hot! Makes you wonder what things will look like when the weather heats up too! Stay tuned to the blog to find out, and thanks for stopping by! The Weekly Adogtable!Owner surrender.
