Here we go again? It's very early in the year and things tend to be a bit unpredictable, but market activity in the HRM is wild right now (especially on the peninsula). January does tend to have a surge of activity annually, which tends to cool off when the white stuff flies, but I'm not so sure this year is going to follow along. Right now, buyers in the market are in a "need to see right away" mode, because if they don't get in, chances are they will miss out! There was a decent amount of new listings this week, but the overall inventory reported a measly 6 product gain, and condo's actually reduced this week! If things keep going in this direction, buyers will have an even harder time finding the right fit, so that many more compromises might have to be made on the wants list to secure a property. Still, it is very early in the year, and things can got in either direction, but for now it's a feeding frenzy out there and new listings are chumming the waters. Tundra is a ~3 year old spayed female amstaff mix.
She would prefer a home with children 16 years and older.

Tundra is a beautiful amstaff mix looking for a quiet home that she can be the only child of. She enjoys going for walks, and snuggling up on a bed for some "beauty" rest. Tundra is eager to learn new tricks since she knows what the reward is around here (yummy treats!)
