Market Rant 
Still stumbling out of the gate, but much like the week prior there was a bit of interruption from mother nature and some extreme weather for a few days. Regardless, the week did turn out to be a good one, and very similar to this time last year. One of the biggest differences from this year to last is the overall inventory count, which is reporting much lower this year. Values overall and Buyer activity are up this week, so if the sun can keep shining, we should see some additional improvement next week! The Weekly Adogtable!
Meet PETEY. He has been examined and is on parasite protection until March. Good with Kids and other dogs. Very calm and quiet so prefers well mannered dogs. Extremely loving. No resource guarding issues and enjoys his walks and walks well. He is a real couch potato and cuddler. Not very interested in toys and is currently living with a foster dog. They are best buddies.
