Regardless, the week did turn out to be a good one, and very similar to this time last year. One of the biggest differences from this year to last is the overall inventory count, which is reporting much lower this year. Values overall and Buyer activity are up this week, so if the sun can keep shining, we should see some additional improvement next week!
