Single family homes took the brunt of that addition, with the $600k+ bracket padding those stats, creating options for those that fall into that budget category. It seems that anything sub $500k is still quite active, and receiving multiple offers in most areas within twenty minutes to the core(s). Sales and buyer activity slumped a bit this week, but not surprising given the sleepy time of year, weather event (again), and long weekend, all which contribute to the lack of activity. Sales prices and overall values remain strong, with little sign of impact from the deflation measures, so I'm curious what the market would look like if those measure where not implemented! Still a curious time of year, and with the surge of the Spring market, it was only a matter of time until a little break happened, what better months for that to happen than Summer? Things are likely to ramp up again soon though, so stay tuned to the blog and stay informed! Thanks for stopping by!
