As a result, we’re seeing a competitive yet stable environment, keeping sellers motivated and buyers on their toes. In the single-family home market, properties continue to attract interest, with the average list price at $593k and selling prices close behind at $591k. These homes are turning around in an average of 31 days, suggesting that buyers are keen to act swiftly when they find the right fit, but taking longer than the past few years. Condos are seeing a steady demand too, with 172 active listings and a sale-to-list ratio of 99%.
