With 114 properties sold, we’re seeing consistent movement, while conditional sales surged to 135, suggesting buyers are engaging in longer, more deliberate purchasing decisions. Price adjustments also continue, with 83 properties adjusting their asking prices, hinting that sellers are keeping a close eye on market expectations. Single Family Homes are still anchoring the market, with inventory at 810 active listings.
