Looks like the first week of Fall market has picked up right where Summer left, steady and active! Not too much of a new listing change this week, and we are still reporting lower than this time last year despite the lacking inventory. Sales remain mediocre, but with the lower weekly new additions and overall inventory, the Fall market has quite the hand up with the advantage of momentum. Inventory stats have been quite the show to watch this year. The ebb and flow of surging and retreating numbers is a site to see, and it's hard to believe that we have reduced by just over 800 properties for sale at this time, or 15%. Buyer activity dropped slightly this week, but values overall held fast. Not a bad start to the season, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the remainder brings. Sienna is looking to lick her way into her new home. She is exuberant when meeting new people and will cover any section of exposed skin with a layer of lick-drool. She loves to snuggle on the couch, go for walks, and play fetch with her favorite toys. Her adoption requirements are as follows:
A home with dogs and/or cats is suitable.
A home with kids over the age of 12 as she is rambunctious.
A family that can keep her on a special diet to lessen the effect of her chronic skin issues.
