It wasn't until the last week that things started to slowly edge off the pedal, even still, it was just slightly. No doubt the warm weather brings the "at last" feeling of Summer, so it's not a surprise that Haligonians may have been out doing fun things, besides house shopping. Also, it was the Canada Day long weekend, which I would go out on a limb and say is the fourth biggest holiday vacancy next to Christmas (week), Remembrance Day, and the August long weekend. Despite the holiday, it was relativity business per new trend, with more listings to market and only a slight sales reduction this week. Oddly, values in both tracked products took a reduction, but so did the overall inventory for the third week in a row. There is still a rather large gap between the inventory levels from this year to last, but it seems to be narrowing week to week. Same too can be said about the absorption rate. Just a few weeks ago it seemed as if we would take a commanding lead on 2017, but it seems as though there might still be time for a bit of cat and mouse. You will have to stop by to see how the race ends! Thanks for stopping by! The weekly Adogtable!Meet Sophia! If you're looking for an adventurous four-legged friend this summer, come and meet Sophia! Sophia not only enjoys the water, but loves long walks, games of fetch and tug-of-war. She loves the great outdoors and lounging in the sun on warm days. If you have a summer bucket list, Sophia would love to accomplish these things with you! Sophia's ideal home would be: - Without other animals - With children over the age of 12 Sophia gets excited very easily and will benefit from leadership and obedience. Because of this, registration with obedience classes is mandatory upon adoption. She also prefers the company of people over animals so no dogs or cats for her.
