Sales are moving at a steady pace, though not quite keeping up with the new supply, which is helping build a bit more breathing room for those house-hunting. Single-family homes are still the main driver of the market, with list and selling prices staying fairly close together, showing that buyers and sellers are finding common ground. Condos remain active too, though they’re taking a little longer to move compared to earlier this year.
