Listing activity held fairly consistent, though fewer new properties came online compared to earlier in the month. Sales remained healthy, showing that well-priced homes continue to find buyers even as overall inventory levels hover near recent highs. Single-family homes continue to drive most of the movement, with prices holding stable and homes selling close to list value. Average days on market shortened slightly, suggesting that serious buyers are still out there and acting decisively when the right property appears. Condos saw a modest uptick in availability and pricing remained balanced, reflecting a steady but selective buyer pool. Vacant land listings also remained consistent, showing little change week over week. Overall, Halifax–Dartmouth continues to show a calm and resilient market rhythm—steady activity, stable prices, and a balanced pace as the year winds down.
