New listings are coming on consistently, giving buyers a growing range of options to choose from — a refreshing change from the tight conditions of the past few years. Sales activity remains healthy, though buyers are taking a more thoughtful, measured approach, often taking their time and doing their homework before making a move. We're seeing more price adjustments, which isn’t surprising given the rising inventory — it’s all part of the market finding its balance. Sellers can still do well, especially if they price strategically and make their homes stand out.
