Sales activity remained steady, indicating that buyer demand continues to absorb much of the new supply coming to market...for now. Inventory levels are now approaching where they were at this time last year, suggesting the market is gradually moving toward a more balanced environment compared to the tighter conditions seen previously. In the single-family home segment, prices continue to hold relatively steady with homes still selling close to their asking prices. Marketing times improved compared to some of the previous weeks, which suggests buyers remain active when well-priced properties become available. The condominium market also saw an increase in available listings, giving buyers more selection than in recent weeks. Even with the added inventory, condos are still generally trading close to their list prices, reflecting ongoing demand in that segment. Overall, the market continues to show steady activity with increasing inventory and consistent buyer interest, helping conditions gradually move toward a healthier balance between supply and demand.
