This past week, we saw a solid 273 new listings, keeping the market active as inventory levels hover at 1,557 total properties—a slight dip from last week but still above last year's levels. Meanwhile, sales jumped to 140 closed deals, pushing the sale-to-listing ratio up to 51%—a big leap from the previous week's 41%, showing that demand is picking up as buyers return. Price adjustments are also making waves, with 115 price changes, up from 92 last week, indicating that sellers are fine-tuning their strategies. The conditional sale count surged to 178, the highest we've seen in weeks, suggesting strong buyer interest heading into the warmer months. The market remains competitive, with properties still moving, though we’re seeing a slight increase in days on market. Sellers are adjusting expectations, while buyers are navigating a dynamic landscape where well-priced properties continue to get snapped up. As we move deeper into spring, will this momentum carry forward into a busy summer? Stay tuned to the blog to stay on keep tabs, and thanks for stopping by!
