While sales remained steady, they didn’t quite keep pace with the influx of new supply, continuing the trend of a market gradually shifting toward more balanced conditions. Inventory has now reached one of its higher points in recent months, giving buyers more options and a bit more time to make decisions. This increased selection is beginning to influence how quickly homes are moving, even as overall demand remains present. In the single-family home segment, pricing held firm with homes continuing to sell close to their asking prices. A drop in days on market suggests that well-positioned properties are still attracting strong interest, even as buyers become more selective. The condominium market showed a notable improvement in activity this week. Listings moved more quickly and pricing strengthened, with units continuing to trade very close to list price. This points to renewed confidence and demand within the condo segment. Overall, the market is showing healthy activity with growing inventory and steady demand, creating a more balanced environment where both buyers and sellers have opportunities.
