While new listings have slowed slightly, buyer demand remains steady, keeping the market active. Sales are holding strong, and the pace of transactions is picking up in some areas. Single-family homes continue to see healthy activity, with prices staying competitive and homes selling at a steady pace. Buyers are still willing to pay close to asking, but the market is showing some negotiation wiggle room. Condos, on the other hand, are moving at lightning speed! With strong demand, they’re selling faster than in previous weeks, proving that affordability and convenience are big draws in today’s market.
