After last week’s dip in sales, this week saw activity bounce back with more properties changing hands. Inventory has crept up again, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen since spring — but homes are still moving at a steady pace, keeping things competitive. Single-family homes remain the anchor of the market. Prices eased slightly from the highs we saw a couple of weeks ago, but homes are selling quickly, often within about a month. Condos, too, have held steady: inventory has ticked up, prices are stable, and days on market have actually dropped compared to last week — showing there’s plenty of demand at that level. Overall, compared to where we were a year ago, the market feels more balanced. Buyers have more breathing room, but sellers are still seeing strong results.
