Inventory is on the rise, giving buyers more options to explore as the market continues its seasonal shift. While sales activity picked up, it hasn’t quite kept pace with the surge of new supply, creating a more open and balanced feel compared to the tighter conditions of recent months. With more homes to choose from, buyers are taking their time, carefully weighing options and making more deliberate decisions. In the single-family home segment, prices continue to hold strong, with homes still selling close to their asking prices. Well-presented properties are standing out, even as the growing inventory adds a bit more competition for sellers. The condominium market is also showing signs of renewed energy this spring. Pricing is trending upward, and while units are still selling close to list price, a slightly longer time on market suggests a more relaxed, balanced environment overall.
