The Halifax real estate market is showing healthy activity as we move closer to summer. New listings are flowing in steadily, and buyer interest remains strong, with a noticeable uptick in successful sales. This balance between supply and demand suggests a stable and competitive environment.

Single-family homes are attracting solid interest, with most selling close to their asking price and moving off the market more quickly than in recent weeks. The condo segment is also holding steady, showing consistent performance and a gradual build-up in momentum.
