Now why can't the weather be as hot as the market right now? What looked like the start of the annual activity reduction trend has turned a bit on its heals, generating a bit more action as head into the Fall. Although it was a fairly average new listing week, sales had solid showing, but the big stat of the week is the amount of properties that received and accepted offers this week, showcasing that buyers are not done yet! There was a feeling in the market this week that had ramped up again, and seeing the numbers this week just confirms it. There does seem to be an end of Summer surge annually though, which may be assisted by the school year. Seems coincidental that there is a lack of activity across the board around the beginning of September when school starts, only to pick up again in full force a week or two later. So another strong end to the Summer, I just wish it wasn't over so quickly! Thanks for stopping by!
The Weekly Adogtable!!
Layla was surrendered as she liked to eat the baby's toys. This sweet girl knows her basic obedience, walks well on leash and is good with other dogs. She is energetic, playful, affectionate and loves to cuddle! She loves to play ball and go for walks. She is also crate trained. Layla likes to jump on people initially to say hi, but is learned to keep her paws on the ground. She is being fostered with another dog and a cat.
This "cuddly companion" is available through Good Bones Dog Rescue, a non profit rescue organization from Halifax, Nova Scotia. More info about her and other adoptable's looking for their furever home, and ways to help or donate can be found by clicking HERE.
