Only going up from here, right? Surprisingly enough, this week looks a lot like it did at the same time last year. The big difference is what was mentioned below in the 2019 market wrap up, the inventory. Well, that and the median prices. Only a measly 138 condo options for sale across HRM right now (excluding private sales), which doesn't give buyers much to look at. Fortunately, annual trend says that we should see increases in volume of inventory across all tracked products in the very near future. Sure, the weather isn't encouraging sellers to polish up the home to sell, nor make buyers excited to get out there and have look, but the show must go on! We are staring out 2020 with the lowest amount of inventory in over 13 years (could be longer), and we still have a bulk of buyers waiting on the sidelines for their chance at a worthy property. Of course, this is only the first month of the market year, so much like December, there are several factors at play to keep activity low. The Weekly Adogtable
Leo is a smart, sweet, energetic boy. He had a very rough life and needs a family dedicated to helping him become his best self. He's very obedient and is quite a fast learner. He already knows a couple basic commands and will do anything for a cookie! Leo easily gets overstimulated and jumpy around toys and people, so he needs someone that can teach him his manners.
Leo's ideal home:
- With people over 16 years of age
- No other animals
- Experienced dog owners preferred
Obedience training is mandatory and we know he will thrive with the training. He's incredibly loyal and is the perfect dog to hit the trails with and play some serious games of fetch.
Proof of registration in obedience class is required for adoption.
