With the initial intense wave of buyers out of the way, the next wave is a bit more relaxed and ready to take in a market that is a bit more plentiful than that of a few weeks ago. The overall inventory kicked up quite a bit this week, but there was really only marginal gains in the tracked products, single family homes contributing the most. Sales reported high this week, but that can be traced back to the market a few weeks ago, which had the highest amount of accepted offers in a week this year so far. Values held fast this week, and so too did the median prices, but the expectation is that we will see a change in a northern direction, thanks to a spicy first quarter. Relocations are ramping up, and the Spring market is in full swing, so be sure to stay tuned to the blog to track our progress and see how things end in the first half of the market year. We should be close to peak currently, but with the way our market has been in the last three years, you never know what you will get! Thanks for stopping by!
