With a steady influx of new listings and consistent sales, the market is balancing well between supply and demand. Price adjustments and conditional sales indicate active buyer engagement, while stable absorption rates show that homes are moving at a healthy pace. Single-family homes and condos both show robust activity, with stable prices and quick turnovers. As we head into the next few weeks, expect continued dynamic market activity, providing plenty of opportunities for buyers and sellers alike. The Bank of Canada reduced its overnight rate target to 4.5% and continues balance sheet normalization. Global growth is expected at 3% annually through 2026, with easing inflation.
