Not sure if this last cold snap is keeping Buyers at bay, but things have certainly taken a bit of a break over the last couple of weeks. Activity, it seems, is down across the board. Not only compared to last year at this time, but even the slower months of this year. Listings are starting their march to market, but there seems to be less active buyers over the last couple of weeks. Of course, we have had some pretty poor weather, but it feels like there is something else at foot causing this lull. Inventory remains lower than last year this time, but the slow market blues has caused a very quick addition of two weeks to the absorption rate. Hopefully this is just the continuation of the calm before the storm, if not, it will certainly be interesting to see what develops over the next few weeks. Stay tuned to the blog to stay informed! The Weekly Adogtable!
Always happy, outgoing, affectionate, loves everyone even strangers, relaxed and excited with all physical contact when crated: does not bark, excited greeting (loves everyone) Eats fast great with other dogs: submissive, polite and playful cats unknown playful in presence of toys. Ika is polite on leash knows commands: sit, paw, stay We need to vaccinate , neuter and microchip him. Would make a good family dog.
