Overall inventory levels across the board have made their first climb since late in the third quarter of 2016. This is a usual occurrence however, that will eventually peak in the the very early Summer months, and taper back down to the low counts around this time of year (usually). The market is unpredictable however, and one or two major events could send us soaring to new heights, or spiralling down to new lows. I prefer the prior, but I'm also a realist. The stats look quite similar to last year at this time, which isn't a bad thing. We had a great start to the year in 2016, and if you have seen the annual report (below), you will see that the year started out like a lion, but ended like a lamb.
