Although there is positive Buyer activity out there, it seems there is still a reluctance to engage in the Spring market. Listings took a bit of a nap this week and reported much lower than usual, but that was also met with lower Buyer interest. The market still seems a bit sleepy, especially for this time of year, but no doubts there is a burst on the verge of happening. Activity overall was down this week, and I would imagine the Easter weekend was a factor, as Buyers and Sellers took the time to spend with friends and family rather than getting their property needs worked on. Certainly, the next few weeks will set the tone for the Spring summary, and gauge if the late start will ebb into the Summer. Owner surrender and he is terrified and timid since drop off./ He whines and is afraid of crates. Very hungry and skinny Dogs: yes very playful and polite Cats: unknown kids: Absolutely!! strangers: wonderful! Miko has no bite history and is also not very uninterested in toys. He does pulls on the leash. and weights about 60 pounds.
