Listings took a bit of a nap this week and reported much lower than usual, but that was also met with lower Buyer interest. The market still seems a bit sleepy, especially for this time of year, but no doubts there is a burst on the verge of happening. Activity overall was down this week, and I would imagine the Easter weekend was a factor, as Buyers and Sellers took the time to spend with friends and family rather than getting their property needs worked on. Certainly, the next few weeks will set the tone for the Spring summary, and gauge if the late start will ebb into the Summer.
