Well that was quick! Feels like last week that the sun was shining and shorts were the clothing of choice, this week, jackets are must! Although the weather has turned on us, our market hasn't shared the same trend...yet. Still some property shoppers out there looking for "the right fit", and others that are looking to offload their properties. The overall inventory gap is starting to close with single family homes not too far from last years stats, and we actually have less condo products on the market this year than last. Things may be shaping up! Still, we have a while to go yet with the rest of the year, and I know there is quite a few people with fingers and toes crossed that momentum will carry, and hopefully increase. I'll be interested to see how the remainder of the year goes, that's for sure. Thanks for stopping by!
THE WEEKLY ADOGTABLE
Newly arrived to Good Bones Dog Rescue is Freya. She is spayed, micro chipped, and up to date on vaccines and CAT FRIENDLY. Frieda loves attention and is so affectionate. She loves belly rubs . Walks well on her freedom a harness but does jump up to greet so we will need to tweak this.
