I imagine the entrance of Winter has stifled some would be buyers from trekking out, and also paused would be sellers from attempting the market. Certainly, there were a few days last week that most of the city hunkered down, so volume of activity is less expectant. especially during those times. Getting into it, however, there was a healthy amount of new additions this week (up from last year at this time), and an average amount of sales for the time of year. It will definitely be sketchy over the next few weeks, and Winter months are always a roll of the dice when it comes to predictability. It really comes down to mother nature, and just how strict or lenient she is given the day. In any case, it's always good to stay on top of the changing market, which can happen quickly, and that means staying tuned to the blog for all your Halifax real estate needs. Loly is a female aged 5 years old with medium energy Spay, microchipped , vaccinated and on parasite prevention. Loving temperment and thinks she is a lap dog. Pet free clicker and positive reinforcement trained. No pets or kids for Loly as she is anxious. Can be head strong but we figured out she will work for her food. kids yes but school aged ideal because she is used to that age and may forget not to jump up . Loving temperment ,Thinks she is a lap dog. no cats and no dogs becomes too excited Pulls on leash if she sees a bird ect due to a prey drive but, on her gentle leader things are better. knows basic commands, sit, down, refocuses on handler when unsure Is crate trained but totally trustworthy uncrated.
