Suprising amount of new additions to the market this week, and it appears that present's weren't the only things being shopped for. Sales didnt really skip a beat this week, but those could be last minute shoppers closing out the market year with a new home purchase. This coming week will mark the lowpoint for the annual overall market report, and it will be interesting to see how we faired this year compared to the past. I'll have that report up in the first week of January, so make sure to stop by!

Bravo is a very special boy, who's been with us for over a month going through extensive rehabilitation. This handsome boy had been neglected in his past and this is evident through his various behavioural quirks. Bravo seems to have two sides, indoors he makes himself small, is very cautious and afraid to see and do new things while outdoors he's a hyper, bouncy, playful soul. Bravo is going to need a family with lots of patience (and strength because he sometimes needs to be carried haha). He likes to go for walks, play outside with his toys and snuggle up on a stormy day. The staff here imagine it will be tricky introducing him to new things like stairs, hardwood floors, beds, couches... everything! There isn't a mean bone in this boy's body, he's got lots of love to give but just needs a confidence boost to let it all out. Bravo would do fine in a home with another dog, as he learns from them very well - but, this dog will need to be very confident and able to provide appropriate signals for Bravo to learn. Bravo can be quite hyper and mouthy with people and other dogs, so lots of positive reinforcement and TLC will be needed for his success :) If you'd like to meet Bravo, come on by today!
