Tis the season! Although the time of year is a big factor, things have definitely gone south. Hello everyone, and thanks for tuning in to the Halifax Real Estate Blog! As the year comes to a close, we may be left wondering what is to become of our market. As you can see, out statistics this week are a fairly close to last years reports, but as a healthy market goes, we are not meeting the required parameters. We had a massive amount of listings come off the market this week, which is fairly seasonal, values are down in both products, and days on market are well above what they where last year. It look s like a pretty flat line year this year so far, with little bumps along the way. Hopefully, speculation will come to fruition in the coming months.
Bailey is a sweet spayed 5 year old female Brindle Boxer. She is a really good girl and LOVES people, especially children. She doesn't seem to bother cats but she is unpredictable with other dogs, so her ideal home would be one where she is an only dog. She is a very happy girl with a wiggly jiggly personality. She knows some obedience and listens well and will jump through hoops for a treat. She hasn't had the best life so she needs a home were she can be spoiled like a dog should be
