Although the weather is getting colder in our fair city, it looks like out housing market is staying warm. Nearing the end of November we have seen numbers strengthen over the past few weeks, which is usually not the norm for this time of year. Still lots of last minute shoppers out there, with viewings and inquiries frequenting listed homes. Lots of last minute deals as we close the books on the 2013 market year, and quite a few value priced properties currently for sale that ended up "chasing the ace" this season, and now well below what was originally presented. Still, lots of inventory out there on the market, and it doesn't seem to be flying off the shelves anytime soon whether it be to cancellations, expiries or sales.
