After last week’s dip in sales, this week saw activity bounce back with more properties changing hands. Inventory has crept up again, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen since spring — but homes are still moving at a steady pace, keeping things competitive. Single-family homes remain the anchor of the market. Prices eased slightly from the highs we saw a couple of weeks ago, but homes are selling quickly, often within about a month.
